CustomScrollbar class Null safety Components

커스텀 스크롤바 뷰 개체현황이나 그래프에서 보여지는 가로 스크롤바입니다. ScrollState 프로바이더를 통해 스크롤의 좌표값을 가져와 렌더링합니다.
